I am a hands-on UX/UI manager, working full-time at Cyara.

Over the years, I have moved from working with print, publication and branding design towards digital design. Nowadays, I am more focused on researching, analysing, and presenting the best design solutions and strategies, aiming towards satisfying both user needs and business objectives.

In my free time, I run a non-profit organization/initiative called “Make My Day”, where it aims to spread positivity through social media, by illustrations of anonymous submitted stories. The project has been on-going for 5 years, and has gained over 280,000 followers on facebook alone, and over 13,000 on instagram.

In 2020, I was interviewed on national Vietnam news channel (VTV24), and published a book on the project.
